After a long hard day of watching athletic men fighting each other in a metal cage, we borrowed the kitchen at Camino to prepare our final tasting session before the opening.
We feasted on pineapple salsas, banana-leaf baked chicken, pork prepared carnitas-style, various intensities of picca de gallo, coriander rice and also a surprise veggy mole which is bound to be a hit!
You'll have to wait for the grand opening before you get to taste these treats... Or maybe if you ask Serhiy nicely he'll wake his magic chopping knife for you again.
